True Origin is recommended by integrative and functional doctors and carried in holistic medical clinics. It is made for the patient or customer who reacts to everything, including the clean brands, and has stopped trusting labels.
This page is for practices that want to recommend it without holding stock, and for stores and clinics that want it on the shelf: integrative and functional practices, med spas and estheticians, apothecaries and natural grocers, farm stores and pharmacies, midwives and birth centres.
Recommend it
We send every provider a jar first, and we look after the patient after that
You recommend something you have used. Any patient who does not get on with it is looked after by us, not by you. A link or a code with your practice's name on it does the rest.
Every patient who orders through your link or code pays less than the price on our site.
Your practice is rewarded on every one of those orders, no minimum and no target. The rate is in the note we send when you sign up.
One for every provider in the practice, free, so you are recommending something you have used.
No content, no tagging, no social obligations. Recommend it the way you recommend anything else.
Create the practice account
Sign up at the partner portal in the practice's name. It gives you a dashboard, a link, and a code you can rename.

Send a note to james@trueoriginskincare.com with the practice name, the providers who would like a jar, the code you want, and the office address.
Jars arrive, code goes live
We ship a jar per provider and switch the code on. Put the link on your partner page or hand the code to patients. We pay monthly, in the first half of the following month.
The one thing we ask: tell patients your practice receives a referral fee. One line next to the link is enough. It is the same disclosure your other partner brands need, and it keeps the recommendation honest.

What you can say about it
We sell a cosmetic. Texture, scent, what is and is not in it, and how a patient's own skin felt are honest and safe. Treatment claims are not, for you or for us.
Facts you can use
- No essential oils and no synthetic fragrance. The scent is rose petals, vanilla bean and marshmallow root infused into the tallow.
- Rendered from suet, not trim fat, which is why it does not smell like beef.
- A reduced tallow base, so rosehip, sea buckthorn, meadowfoam and squalane are in it at doses that do something.
- Tallow sourced solely from regeneratively raised cattle, from more than a dozen farms.
- A pea covers a face, and a 4 oz jar lasts most people three to four months.
- Made in Saratoga Springs, Utah. The full ingredient list is on every jar, in label order.
What we ask you not to say
- That it treats, cures, heals or prevents anything, including eczema, acne, psoriasis, rosacea or dermatitis.
- That it is a medical product, or a substitute for care from a clinician.
- That it is safe for pregnancy. Say instead that the ingredient list has no retinoids and no essential oils, and let the patient and her clinician decide.
- That we are the first or the only anything.
Before you decide
- Can a practice do both?
- Yes. Some practices keep a few jars at the desk and give patients the code for reorders. The shelf order and the referral link credit the same practice.
- Is there a minimum for the referral side?
- No minimum sales and no minimum payout balance. The stock side starts at four jars.
- Can we set our own patient discount?
- No. Every partner's patients get the same price, so no practice is undercut by another.
- Who looks after a patient who orders through our link?
- We do. The order ships from Utah, and our thirty-day guarantee applies to every order placed on our site. Jars you stock are covered by your own store policy.
- Do you sell to chains?
- Yes, direct. Email James with the number of locations and we will send terms for that size.
- How do we get paid?
- Referral rewards from the previous month are sent in the first half of the following month, once orders are past the thirty-day window. When the first payment is due we will ask how you would like to receive it, and we will tell you well ahead if United States tax rules mean we need a W-9.
Tell us which door
A jar to try comes first, whichever you choose. Email is best if you have an address and a list of providers ready. A text is fine if you just want the jar.
