30-Day Love It or Your Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely in love with your True Origin tallow balm. If it is not the perfect fit for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

The returned jar must contain at least two-thirds of the product. You are welcome to use a generous amount for testing. We only ask this so we can continue offering this strong guarantee to everyone. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method minus return shipping costs. If the product arrived damaged, defective, or completely melted and unusable, we will cover return shipping and either send a free replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs, whichever you prefer.

How to Return or Report Damage

Contact us within 30 days for returns or within 7 days for damage claims. Email info@trueoriginskincare.com or call/text 801-796-2897 and include your order number, a photo of the product, and the reason for return or replacement. We reply quickly and will provide simple return instructions and a prepaid return label when applicable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Natural Variations

We use only real, unrefined tallow and bio-active oils, so slight differences in color, scent, or texture between batches are normal and part of what makes each jar authentic. These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or replacement.
