Let Your Skin Decide: 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Two weeks is what a barrier takes to rebuild, so that is what it takes to know. You have thirty days. If it is not right for your skin, email us and we will refund you in full. You don't need to send anything back.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Email info@trueoriginskincare.com or call/text 801-796-2897 and include your order number. There is no form to fill out and nothing to ship back. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If the product arrived damaged, defective, or completely melted and unusable, contact us within 7 days. Email info@trueoriginskincare.com or call/text 801-796-2897 with your order number and a photo of the product. We will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs, whichever you prefer.

Natural Variations

We use only real, unrefined tallow and bio-active oils, so slight differences in color, scent, or texture between batches are normal and part of what makes each jar authentic. These natural variations are not considered defects.
