Terms of Service

Welcome to True Origin Skincare. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of Site and Products

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are 16 or 17, you may order only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Our products are for external use only. Perform a patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We make no claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

3. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

If you choose a subscription at checkout, you are enrolling in a recurring order. Here is exactly how it works:

– Your card is charged automatically at the delivery interval you selected (every 1, 2, or 3 months) at the subscription price shown at checkout, currently $51.99 per jar, and shipping is free.
– Your subscription continues until you cancel it. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
– You may cancel, pause, skip an order, or change your delivery interval at any time from your account, or by emailing info@trueoriginskincare.com or texting 801-796-2897. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
– Changes and cancellations take effect on the next scheduled order. To be certain a shipment is not sent, cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge.
– If an order has already shipped, our 30-day guarantee applies to it in full.
– If your subscription price ever changes, we will email you before the next charge.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them delivered, or for carrier delays. This does not limit our commitments in the Refund Policy: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or completely melted and unusable, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.

5. Returns and Refunds

Let Your Skin Decide: you have thirty days. If it is not right for your skin, email us and we will refund you in full, and you do not need to send anything back. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on trueoriginskincare.com (photos, text, logos, and designs) is owned by True Origin Skincare and may not be used without written permission.

7. Content You Submit

If you submit a review, photo, video, or comment, you keep ownership of it and you give us permission to display, reproduce, and share it in connection with our products and marketing, including on our website, in email, and on social media, with the name or initials you provided. You confirm the content is yours to share and is honest. You may ask us to stop using your content at any time by emailing info@trueoriginskincare.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Origin Skincare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) you ordered.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version applies to all new orders.
