How I got here
In 2018 and 2019 I landed in the ER three times with pancreatitis, then had my gallbladder removed. During recovery I broke out in a severe full-body rash that resisted everything, steroids and prescriptions included, for more than a year. It covered my back, my arms, my hands.

Finding tallow
After the medical route came up empty, I found tallow through online research communities and started making my own. Nothing else had given me relief. Tallow did. I was amazed. I was in tears.

Why True Origin Exists
Minimal ingredients, taken seriously.
I built True Origin for people looking for minimally processed skincare without petroleum-based or heavily synthetic ingredients. The Deep Hydration Whip pairs regeneratively raised tallow with castor, meadowfoam, and squalane, and leaves out essential oils, synthetic preservatives, and retinoids on purpose.
What I want for you is simple: relief that comes from what goes in the jar, not from a longer ingredient list.
