Commission is calculated on the order subtotal, so shipping and tax are not included. If someone buys without a discount, your commission is higher.

Send a note to james@trueoriginskincare.com with your name, your handles, the email you signed up with, the code you want, and where to ship your box.

Share it, and get paid
Post your link or your code. Your dashboard tracks every order, and we pay out monthly.
Two ways to get credit
Both live on the main page of your portal dashboard, and both pay you the same 25%.
- Your referral link
- Copy it from the dashboard. Anyone who buys through it gets 25% off automatically, which makes it the right choice for bio-link tools like Linktree, Beacons, or Stan, and anywhere else you can put something clickable.
- Your coupon code
- Also on the dashboard, and you can edit it to whatever you want. Something like JAMES25 is easier to say out loud in a video than a link is, so it belongs in captions and on camera.
- Inviting other affiliates
- Under the Account tab there is an affiliate invite link. Anyone who joins through it becomes your referral, and you earn 10% on their sales for as long as they keep selling. There is nothing for you to manage.
How the money reaches you
- Watch it add up
- Every order tied to your link or code shows in your portal, along with your running commission total and what is still unpaid. Nothing to chase and nothing to invoice.
- We pay monthly
- Commissions from the previous month are sent out in the first half of the following month, once the orders are past our thirty-day guarantee window. There is no minimum balance to reach.
- Tell us how you want it
- When your first commission lands, we will ask how you would like to be paid. Email james@trueoriginskincare.com any time with a preference or a question about a payment.
If you earn $600 or more from us in a calendar year, United States tax rules require us to collect a W-9 and send you a 1099. We will reach out well before that point so nothing is a surprise.
The terms, in plain language
Free product comes with expectations. These are all of them.
What you agree to
- Two to three mentions a month. A story, a reel, a post, a TikTok, whatever fits how you already work.
- Tag @trueoriginskincare so people can find us.
- Include a call to action, meaning your link or your code, so the post can be tracked.
- Disclose that the product was gifted and that you earn commission. #ad or #TrueOriginPartner is enough, and it needs to be visible without tapping "more".
- Let us repost your content on our own channels, with credit.
What we ask you not to do
- Do not say it treats, cures, heals, or prevents anything. That includes eczema, acne, psoriasis, rosacea, and dermatitis.
- Do not present it as a medical product or as a substitute for care from a clinician.
- Do not promise results for someone else's skin.
- Do not call us the first or the only anything.
- Do not run paid ads on our brand name without asking first.
The second column is not legal fussiness. We sell a cosmetic, and a cosmetic that claims to treat a condition becomes an unapproved drug in the eyes of the FDA. That risk lands on you as well as on us. Texture, scent, how much you used, and how your own skin felt are honest, specific, and completely safe to talk about.

Before you sign up
- Do I need a certain number of followers?
- No. We care more about whether your audience trusts you than how large it is. Smaller accounts whose audiences read the captions often sell more than large ones.
- What counts as a mention?
- A story, a reel, a grid post, a TikTok, a YouTube mention, a newsletter. Anything where the product is visible or named and your link or code is available.
- Do I have to send content to you for approval?
- No. Post what you want in your own voice. The only hard rules are the disclosure and the claims list above.
- Someone used my code. When do I see it?
- Orders appear in your dashboard shortly after they are placed, with the commission attached.
- Can I use my link and my code at the same time?
- Yes. They both credit the same account, so use whichever suits the platform you are posting on.
- What if the product is not right for my skin?
- Tell us honestly, and please do not post about it. We would rather lose a post than have you recommend something that did not work for you. Tallow does not suit everyone, and pretending otherwise costs you your audience's trust.
