Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on every order with no minimum purchase required. We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are hand-packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). To preserve the whipped texture of your tallow balm, every jar is frozen solid the night before shipping and packed with insulation. Our balm is an oil base with no water in it, so freezing does not change it. Your product will arrive at room temperature and ready to use.

Expedited options such as Priority Mail Express are available at checkout for an additional cost. Subscription orders ship free on the same terms as one-time orders.

Summer Shipping and Heat Notice

Our tallow balms can soften or fully melt in high temperatures during transit or if left in a hot mailbox or on a porch. This is normal for a whipped balm and does not affect the product. Place the jar in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes, or re-whip with a clean spoon, to restore the original fluffy texture. If a jar arrives melted and genuinely unusable, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Tracking, Delivery, and Addresses

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout: we cannot reroute a package once it is with the carrier, and orders returned to us as undeliverable will be reshipped once the address is corrected. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time we only ship within the United States. International shipping is in the works. Join our email list to be notified the moment it launches.
