Not all tallow is the same. Most brands use trim fat. That's the fat from steak. It smells and has the wrong fatty acid profile. True Origin uses suet, the organ-surrounding fat, from regenerative farms. Grass-fed doesn't mean what people think. It doesn't require pasture access or rule out confinement.
